Ingredients: 1 roughly chopped clove of garlic fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, basil) 2 glasses of dry red wine (e.g. Malbec Espiritu de Argentina) 200-300 ml olive oil Coarse peppercorns 2 tablespoons mustard | | Instructions: Mix everything well. Coat the meat with the marinade and then place into the rest of it. Putting the meat in red wine makes it very tender and not dry after grilling. But: pat the meat dry before grilling so that no marinade drips into the fire!
